Join us for a session of nature connection and playful fun! Get the kids outside in the school holidays! This is a chance to try a Play Naturally OT session before signing up for the Termly program! Or to just come as a one-off! All welcome!

Intentionally designed nature – based session run by an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) using evidence based approaches.
Developmentally appropriate and sensory nature connection activities to support CALM, CARING, CONFIDENCE, COORDINATION and CONNECTION for all children and families
You will be supported to spend time in nature with your family while increasing your child’s physical, cognitive, psychological and social development as well as their environmental awareness.
Activities in the session will give you a taste of the nature connection activities we engage in during the full program
We will have group time (acknowledgement of country, nature activities, sharing, reflections, learning, social skills),
Intentionally designed sensory nature connection activities for calming bodies and minds, caring for nature, confidence building, coordination development and connection with ourselves and each other. These will be play based activities and the children will not know all the learning they are doing!!
There will be loose parts (free) play time as this unstructured time in nature is so important for your child’s development.
The session is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the families, so feedback and comments about challenges we can work on together are welcome!

Family with 1 child: $25
Families with 2 children: $35
Families with 3 children: $40!
Families with 4 children: $45!
Access to the park included! You are welcome to bring extra adults with you!
Limited to 10 families a session!
